Who is leading?

Accents is a ministry born from the shared experiences of immigrant leaders and their partners who saw the gap between immigrant New Worshiping Communities and established churches — culturally, theologically, and relationally — and chose to build bridges instead of letting the divide grow. Led by Rev. Sam Kim, Rev. Rafael Viana, Rev. Lindsay Armstrong, and Rev. Gad Mpoyo, Accents celebrates the creativity, resilience, and faith of immigrant churches, while resourcing presbyteries and congregations to cultivate mutuality and hope. Through resources, conferences, and regional gatherings, Accents equips leaders to form partnerships across cultures, fostering solidarity, hospitality, and a renewed vision for the future of the church.
