During this time, we will gather via Zoom to reflect on the past year as well as our anticipated challenges, opportunities, goals, hopes, and prayers for the upcoming year.

All new worshiping communities are required to complete an Annual Review. Friends are also invited to be a part of this holy time of discernment, reflection, and storytelling.

New Worshiping Community Leaders -

  • Submit an Annual Board Review Form for your community by  Wednesday, October 21, 2026 (Noon) so that the Board has time to review them prior to the gathering.

  • Annual Board Review Form: Annual Board Review Form - 2026 – Fill out form

  • Alternatively, a Word version is available HERE. Complete it and include it as an email attachment to ncdc@atlpcusa.org
